A Message From Battleship Cove
The inaugural combination of MechCon and Battleship Cove last year was successful as an event and a demonstration of the passion and joy the Battle Tech community has maintained as analog gaming has changed. The event left an impact on the museum staff, and our mission is to continue to provide space for communities like yours to engage with our ships and their histories in new and exciting ways. We look forward to hosting your upcoming convention!

After a deep dive into our costs from last year with the museum and our team, we are shifting to a modular pricing model to ensure transparency and sustainability. You now purchase a Day Pass for convention access and purchase an Overnight Add-On separately for bunk accommodations and evening programming.
Crucial Context
Hosting on the USS Massachusetts and supporting the mission of Battleship Cove is a privilege we are happy to support. This year, up to 90% of every ticket dollar goes directly to Battleship Cove to cover the historic venue rental, preservation fees, and facility costs. We are a community-run event; your ticket is primarily a donation to keep this historic ship open and to host the largest dedicated BattleTech gathering in the region.
Day Pass ($45)
Access to all convention events and the full Battleship Cove museum grounds for one day (Saturday OR Sunday). 9 AM to 5 PM.
- Museum admission, a $26 value is included!
- Get a free 3-inch con patch with your Day Pass! limit one per attendee.
Overnight Add-On ($100)
Bunk accommodation, dinner, breakfast, and evening programming (Friday Night OR Saturday Night). 6 PM to 9 AM.
- Note: Requires a Day Pass for the following day.
- Friday Overnight: Includes Friday Night Flicks and Open Play.
- Saturday Overnight: Includes the exclusive Nautical Nights: Hunt for the Lost Cache scavenger hunt.
